ProfilePress is a WordPress plugin that requires your website be built on and powered by the popular WordPress.org platform.
Though there is a SaaS or cloud hosted version of WordPress called WordPress.com, ProfilePress only works for WordPress.com if your plan comes with the ability to install custom plugins.
Absolutely not. ProfilePress is designed with high performance and scalability in mind. It’s completely asynchronous and utilizes an aggressive cache and cache-busting technology to prevent any load that would adversely affect your website’s performance and speed.
No you don’t. ProfilePress is super easy and intuitive to use. And if you ever need any help, our support will cover you at no cost.
Sure. We have a hosted demo where you can experiment with all of ProfilePress features.
Also, there’s a lite version with limited features that include an additional 2% Stripe fee.
ProfilePress will continue to work, and you’ll continue to receive support and updates, even if you cancel your subscription before it expires (expiration is one year from the date of purchase). If you allow your subscription to expire, and you fail to renew it, you will lose all premium features.
Note: if your license expires before you renew, none of your data will be deleted. If you choose to renew your subscription, all premium features will automatically be available.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it doesn’t always suit the need of everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
There are a few conditions: we cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try and assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, we will provide a refund. Please contact us before requesting a refund for any technical issues.
Refunds may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, no refunds will be processed.
