Purchase and License Terms

ProfilePress is sold as an automatically recurring subscription that renews each year on the anniversary of the purchase date. It will continue to renew until cancelled.

The renewal price will never be increased so long as the subscription is not cancelled. If a subscription is cancelled and then re-activated at a later date, and the price of ProfilePress has increased within that period, the renewal price will be priced at the now-current price.

ProfilePress grants each customer a non-transferable license to use the software for internal use, and as defined by the terms set in the customer’s chosen license package. Where the license package allows the software to be used on multiple sites the customer/license-holder may not on-sell the originally-purchased license key to other users of the license (such as clients) for commercial benefit.

Additionally, the customer may not sublicense, to any person or entity, any rights to distribute the software or license key.

ProfilePress will only provide support services to the original customer/license-holder with a legitimate license key, and consider any other uses of this license key for support queries as fraudulent.

Software Updates

Updates are included for free for as long as you have an active subscription. Updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If you can’t receive automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from your account page.

Refunds

If you have problems getting the plugin to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be given.

Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a support ticket.

Note: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
