ProfilePress Update 4.15.13 – Woocommerce Memberships Feature, Improvements and Bug Fixes

We are excited to announce the release of ProfilePress 4.15.13. This update lets you sell memberships via WooCommerce, with improvements and critical fixes to enhance your ProfilePress experience.

WooCommerce Memberships Feature

We’re excited to introduce a significant improvement to our WooCommerce integration that allows you to sell Memberships through Woocommerce products.

This feature lets users buy multiple memberships simultaneously and access additional payment gateways and integrations not yet available in ProfilePress. This feature also allows you to discount products for active members automatically.

Setting for Disabling My Account Tabs

We’ve added a new setting to disable specific tabs on the “My Account” page. This gives you greater control over the user experience by allowing you to simplify the interface based on your site’s needs.

To do this, navigate to ProfilePress >> Settings >> General >> My Account from your WordPress dashboard and select the tabs to disable from the account page.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

Date Created Bug with Manual Orders: We’ve fixed an issue where the date_created time for manual orders was incorrect. This fix ensures that all order timestamps are accurate, providing a reliable record of your transactions.

Expired Coupons Usable via URL Bug: A critical bug that allowed expired coupons to be used via direct URL access has been resolved. This fix secures your promotions, ensuring expired coupons can no longer be exploited.

Tax Rate Display in Receipts: To keep your receipts cleaner and more relevant, we’ve improved the display logic to hide tax rates when they are zero. This change makes your invoices look more professional and avoids unnecessary details.
