ProfilePress Update 4.15.21 – New Features, Improvements and Bug Fixes

We are excited to announce the release of ProfilePress version 4.15.21. This update brings shortcode support for restricted page templates, new customization filters, improved checkout flow, and critical bug fixes and improvements to enhance your ProfilePress experience.

New Features

Shortcode Support for Restricted Page Template

We’ve added shortcode support to the Restricted Page template in content protection, offering greater flexibility in designing restricted content pages.

New Filters for Enhanced Customization

• ppress_checkout_is_registration_checked_enabled filter allow logged-in users to bypass the registration check during checkout when registration is disabled on the site.
• ppress_frontend_profile_url filter enables customizations of front-end profile URLs.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

Improved Bank Transfer Processing

Processing pages are now disabled when the bank transfer payment method is selected, streamlining the checkout experience for offline payments.

Improved Checkout for Logged-in Users

We’ve disabled the registration check for logged-in users during checkout, simplifying their purchase process.

Fixed User Profile Textarea Bug

We have fixed an issue where textarea data in user profiles failed to retain newlines, ensuring proper formatting.

Fixed HTML in Agreeable Field

We fixed a broken HTML in the agreeable field, improving form rendering and user experience.

Fixed Stripe Amount Bug

We fixed a bug where Stripe amounts could be negative integers, ensuring accurate payment processing.
