Add Contact Info or User Methods to WordPress User Profile
Not satisfied with the default contact fields in WordPress? You can create unlimited contact methods to collect additional contact information from your users.
Please read the Difference between Custom Fields and Contact Info.
Before you can create a custom field, you need to first activate the addon. You can do that from ProfilePress >> Addons.
Go to Settings >> Custom Fields >> Contact Info and click the Add New button.
Enter the label, key, and description for the field.
When you are done, save the changes.
