ProfilePress Update 4.16.5 – New Features, Improvements and Bug Fixes
We are excited to announce the release of ProfilePress version 4.16.5. This update brings new improvements to email service provider (ESP) syncing, user role management, important bug fixes, and improvements to enhance your ProfilePress experience.
New features & Improvements
ESP Sync Support on Customer Updates
When customer details are updated by the admin, their information will automatically sync to your ESP, keeping your records consistent without manual effort.
Multiple User Role Selection
Admins can now assign multiple roles when editing users. This provides greater flexibility for managing complex membership or role-based access scenarios.
Bug Fixes
- Shortcode Execution as Profile Info – Fixed a bug where shortcodes could mistakenly render as profile information.
- Registration Blocking at Checkout – Resolved an issue where the registration blocking feature wasn’t working during checkout.
- Stripe Checkout Error – Fixed a bug where requiring only the country field in checkout caused errors.
- ESP Auto-Sync – Addressed a bug where ESP auto-sync wasn’t working in some instances.
