ProfilePress Update 4.16.7 – 4.16.8 – Improvements, Bug Fixes & More

We are excited to announce the release of ProfilePress version 4.16.7 – 4.16.8. This update brings improvements to the Member Directory and SliceWP integration, critical bug fixes, and improvements to enhance your ProfilePress experience.

Improvements

User Role Classes in Member Directory

Added user roles as CSS classes to the member directory item wrapper, making it easier to style and customize directory listings based on user roles.

Improved License Validation Caching

We fixed an issue with the license validation cache to ensure more reliable and consistent license checks.

Bug Fixes

• Security Fix for Form Preview: We fixed a security issue that allowed arbitrary shortcodes to be executed on the form preview screen.
• General PHP Fixes: We fixed a couple of PHP notices to improve overall stability and reduce unnecessary warnings.
• SliceWP Addon PHP Error Fix: We fixed a PHP error affecting the SliceWP integration to ensure smoother affiliate tracking.
• Member Directory Label Display Fix: We fixed an issue where labels were displayed even when no data was available in the member directory.
