How to Use Purchase Note to Deliver Order Instructions

We provide a purchase note feature so you can provide special instructions or details to your customers after their purchase. This can also be a thank you note, usage instructions, or a request for review.

The purchase note is usually shown on the order confirmation page, the My Account’s order details page, and the order email receipt.
