On your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New. Next, search for ProfilePress and install the plugin by clicking the “Install Now” button.

Go to ProfilePress >> Settings >> Access >> Blocked Email Addresses.

Enter into the textarea the email addresses to block, one per line.
