ProfilePress Update 4.8.0 – LearnDash Add-On, Bug Fixes, and More

We have released a new update of the ProfilePress plugin with several notable features and improvements. Here’s what’s new in the latest release:

LearnDash Add-On: One of the biggest highlights of this update is the addition of a LearnDash add-on. This new add-on allows you to seamlessly integrate ProfilePress with LearnDash, the popular learning management system for WordPress. You can sell access to LearnDash courses and groups, enroll users after registration to specific courses and groups, and let users view their enrolled courses from the My Account page.

Filter for Skipping Custom Fields in Checkout: Another new feature added in this update is a filter for skipping custom fields in checkout. This feature allows you to skip specific custom fields that may not be necessary during checkout, simplifying the user experience and reducing the likelihood of form abandonment.

ppress_plan_expiration_datetime Filter: The filter is another useful addition for those using ProfilePress for subscription-based websites. This filter lets you customize the expiration date for subscription plans, giving you more control over your subscription management.

Bug Fixes

This update also includes several bug fixes, addressing issues reported by users. Some of the fixes include the following:

• A bug that caused Razorpay subscription payments not to work.
• A fix for the ERRTOOMANY_REDIRECTS error.
• A bug where the logged-out condition for Elementor content restriction wasn’t working.
• A PHP Fatal error that occurred when calling a member function wpua_get_default_avatar_url() on null.

Removed Settings Icon: The settings icon from the form builder meta box form settings has been removed. This change was made to simplify the user interface and make it more intuitive for users.
